The Company is not listed on any other Exchange or trading platform.
AIM securities in issue
Walker Greenbank PLC issued capital consists of 70,895,511 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no restrictions on the transfer of securities. There are no shares held in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in, and the figure to be used by shareholders as the denominator for notification of shareholder interests under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules, is 70,895,511.
