Walker Greenbank PLC is a luxury interior furnishings group of companies which design, manufacture, market and distribute wallcoverings, furnishing fabrics and associated products for the consumer market.
The Brands
The brands are targeted at the mid to upper end of the premium market. They have worldwide distribution including prestigious showrooms at Chelsea Harbour, London and the D&D building, Manhattan, New York. Half of the brands’ turnover is sourced in-house from the Group’s own specialist manufacturing facilities.

Manufacturing
Anstey Wallpaper Company
Anstey Wallpaper Company is the world’s leading specialist commission printer. The business operates at the premium end of the market, offering a unique combination of design, printing and finishing of wallcoverings by gravure, rotary, flexo, surface, screen and hand block printing methods. As well as production for the Walker Greenbank brands, Anstey also produces wallpapers for many third party customers.
Standfast & Barracks
Situated in Lancaster, the Standfast and Barracks dye works was bought by Walker Greenbank PLC in March 2000. The business is.acknowledged as a worldwide leader in its field, Standfast specialises in high quailty volume vat printing and dyeing, and rotary screen-printing of fabrics. Barracks specialises in flatbed printing, concentrating on very high specification for the exclusive furnishings and apparel markets, printing on a wide range of fabrics. In 2001 the group acquired Strines Textiles, a market leader in high quality speciailised printing of technical fabrics for supply of camouflage to the military, and this business has since been merged with the production facilities at Lancaster.
Distribution
From Tilbrook in Milton Keynes the group distributes all its products and sampling worldwide. The 60,000 sq.ft. warehouse takes in all of the brand's products, which are labelled and racked for onward sale to the network of retailers supplied by the various brands throughout the UK and their worldwide customer base. This fast and efficient centre of excellence can in most cases deliver both samples and products within 48 hours of receiving an order.
