The Company is not listed on any other Exchange or trading platform.
AIM securities in issue: Walker Greenbank Plc issued capital consists of 59,006,162 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are 960,000 ordinary shares held in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in, and the figure to be used by shareholders as the denominator for notification of shareholder interests under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules, is 58,046,162.
